Is Lilla Rose For Farmgirls? and a Giveaway!

Lilla Rose-Kim Yamaguchi, Independent Consultant

I was skeptical about Lilla Rose.  I admit it.  How could a hair accessory be so popular?  What is the big deal?

I was given the opportunity to review one of these products, the hair clip, which seems to be the most popular.  I chose a large clip, and really did not think it would stay in.

You see, I have a lot of long, curly hair!

I have tried the other clips and usually end up putting it back in the cupboard.  I end up frustrated that I wasted my time and money.

And then I say something like this, “I can’t do anything with my hair!”  I can feel the nods of heads as you are reading this!  We’ve all been there, right?

As a farmgirl, I need something practical and heavy duty, yet something with a little style to it would be an added bonus!  If I am weeding the garden and my hair keeps falling down, I get a little frustrated.  If I am helping a little goat kid nurse on it’s mama, and my hair keeps getting in the way, I get agitated, a little;)

After receiving mine in the mail…….

I was amazed at the durability of these clips!  It was so easy to put on and it stayed on!  Yes, you heard me.  It actually stayed through some pretty vigorous activities!  Not only that, but it looked great in my hair.

Beautiful?  Yes!  Practical?  Yes!  Easy to put in?  Yes!  Ability to stay in?  Yes!  Believe me when I tell you that these pretty clips are given a 5 out of 5 by me, hands down!

I encourage you to visit the website below for more information on these wonderful clips.  Plus, you can watch a video on different ways to put the clips in your hair.

  1. Hard choice! I'm leaning towards divinely framed, plumeria, or celtic cross on the clips (in silver). I think I'd really like the hair sticks and the bands too! Thanks for a chance to win one, Susie!

  2. I really like the Dangle Drop in Sapphire. I would love to have a chance to wear one of the Lila Rose items. I have seen them but I don't own any…yet. 🙂

  3. I would love to try out one of the flexi clips in large or extra large. I have really long semi thick hair(longer than my bum) and store clips just don't work that well. I really like the celtic knot design.

  4. Oh my, tons and tons of choices! I love most of them, though I think I am drawn most to the simple hearts special or scrollwork heart, maybe a fairy, moon, or I bet in the end I will choose the sea inspired dolphin! Yes I love dolphins, that is the one for me if I win. Thanks for the chance! Jjdolphine at yahoo

  5. I would love to try one of these flexi clips! I have extremely thick, very long hair and I am normally very skeptical because there are so few things that actually work in my hair. These are all very pretty, but I especially like the Elegant Ornate Center in extra large.
