5 Days of Homemade Food Gifts and Link up!

The first recipe for the day is Mexican Mocha Mix.  This is the best hot chocolate hands down!
Mexican Mocha Mix
3/4 cup baking cocoa
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup instant coffee granules
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
Additional Ingredients for each serving
1 cup hot milk
1 cinnamon stick(optional)
Mix the first seven ingredients together.  Store in an airtight container.  To prepare; stir in 3 tablespoons of mocha mix with 1 cup of hot milk until blended.
Next recipe – Pumpkin Pie Coffee Creamer will make a bland cup of coffee taste extra good! 
Pumpkin Pie Creamer
1 cup powdered creamer
4 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
1 tsp allspice
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container.

  1. Thanks for hosting again! You know, coffee creamer is one of the few ready made items I let myself buy. But wouldn't you know that I am about to run out of the pumpkin pie creamer I bought? I bet yours is tastier anyway. I will have to give it a try. 🙂
